The Florida Executive Realty H.O.P.E. Foundation
Founded in 2015, the Florida Executive Realty H.O.P.E. Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the fabric of the Tampa Bay community. We believe that as real estate professionals, we are uniquely positioned to identify and address the challenges facing our local neighborhoods. The foundation was built on the principle that a home is more than just a structure—it is the catalyst for a better life.
The mission of the Florida Executive Realty HOPE Foundation is to identify local, legitimate and worthy areas of need for the agents, staff and clients of Florida Executive Realty to invest in for the ongoing betterment of our local Tampa Bay communities and the people who live here, by providing financial, educational and manpower support and encouragement to families and individuals directly and through other local and proper charitable organizations.

Supporting initiatives that increase housing stability and provide shelter for those in transition, ensuring everyone in Tampa Bay has a safe place to call home.
OPPORTUNITIES
Investing in programs that create economic and career development opprtunities for the disadvantaed such that they help to foster a thriving local economy.
PEOPLE
Championing the human spirit by funding organizations that provide essential services, from hunger relief to veteran support and children's welfare.
EDUCATION
Providing grants to educational programs that empower the next generation of leaders and professionals through the equalizer of knowledge.
